Тема: Преимущества и недостатки телевидения
Цель урока: систематизация полученных знаний, использование лексических единиц и оборотов в устноязычном высказывании, сравнить положительные и отрицательные стороны телевидения.
Задачи:
1.Развивающая: развивать навык восприятия и понимания речи на слух, развивать способности к логическому изложению содержания высказывания, к формулированию выводов из прочитанного и услышанного.
2. Воспитательная: воспитывать терпимое отношение к мнению других людей, умение работать в группах.
3. Образовательная: учить строить аргументированное высказывание, формировать лексический материал.
Оснащение: УМК Английский язык,9 класс (Юхнель), доска, аудиоматериал, карточки.
Ход урока
Организационный момент: Good morning, children. How are you today? Tell me please, how do people spend their free time? What means of communication do you know? Which one is the most popular in your family?
Основной этап:
1.And now - guess the riddle. This is the box, it shows us the world. It can develop our skills, inform and educate us. You can find it almost in every room. This box has timetable. What is it? You are right. It would be the topic of our lesson. What would be the aim of our lesson?
Let’s remember TV programmes. Could you name some of them?
2.So, your task is-to match different types of TV prog. with their descriptions. You have some papers in front of you.( do it on the spot)
Phone-in -a programme, in which people telephone to give their opinions or ask famous person questions.
Quiz show -a programme where people play games and answer questions to win prizes.
Series - a set of separate programmes each of which tells the next part of a story .
Documentary - a programme that gives you facts and information about a serious subjects such as history or social problems.
Sitcom - a popular form of humorous television.
Music show - an entertaining music programme.
Soap-opera - a television story about a group of people and their lives.
3. As you see, we remember different types of TV programmes. And now, let’s watch a play between 2 pupils, who try to analyse the plot of the film. Answer the questions
1. What type of film did the people see?
2. What does Anna think of the film?
3. What does David advise her to do?
So, and now continue speaking about our aim. You’ve sad that we should learn positive and negative sides of television.
4.And now, take your seats at the computers and watch a video –it is debate about our topic. Listen attentively, you will do some tasks after watching it. And before watching, you have a question- Who is against television in this video? Prove that fact. You see some unknown words on the board.(garbage-мусор-trash, Are you kidding me?-ты шутишь, что ли ,blame-вина,selfish-эгоистичный)

6.So and now let’s work all together. Ann, go to the board. Your task is –complete the scheme( negative and positive sides). And you should name all features to Ann.
